Explore Ribatejo provides on this website a set of information, as up-to-date as possible, regarding the activity carried out within the scope of its responsibilities, with the aim of publicizing, promoting and selling 4x4, motorhome and ATV tours in the Ribatejo region to the general public.

The information on this website has been included in good faith and is for general information purposes only; its use is at the user's sole risk.

No exchanges are allowed for sales made on the website.

Prices already include VAT at the current legal rate.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customers will receive a full refund or credit if the cancellation is made up to 24 hours before the start of the activity. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of cancellation by the operator due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances (such as breakdowns). Please contact us by phone to cancel or if you have any questions about cancellation and refund options. In case of no-show, the full price will be charged.

2. Change of Ownership

If the holder of a confirmed reservation with Explore Ribatejo is unable to attend the activity due to unforeseen circumstances, they may change the reservation holder free of charge by sending an email to info@exploreribatejo.com indicating their name from the date of the reservation and the name of the new reservation holder.

3. Location, Description, Duration of activities and transportation
Descriptions of 4x4, van and ATV tours may be subject to change without prior notice (specifically the duration and services included), and their execution is subject to availability from Explore Ribatejo.

4. The images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

5. The duration of each activity is given approximately and is indicative.

6. Insurance
The risks inherent in providing the services are covered by insurance provided by our suppliers and partners, in the amounts required by law.
