Hello!
We are João and Mónica, a portuguese family from Almeirim passionate about the Ribatejo region and its unique identity.
After achieving our dream of buying a motorhome, Parreirinha, we thought about showing the world the beauty of our land through a memorable experience. That's how the idea of buying a jeep and an ATV to organize tours through Ribatejo came about.
The driver will be the fearless João, originally from Almeirim.

Our story
We met in 2016 at a mutual friend's birthday party in Almeirim. An "inside joke" led us to Parreira the next day, and that's where our love story began!
We traveled a lot, fulfilled dreams together like going to New York, but in 2018 we suffered a hard blow: Mónica's father passed away and her mother was diagnosed with dementia. The following times were challenging, and in 2021 João's parents passed away too. It was during this grieving process that we realized that life is very short and that we had to make the most of it.
In 2022 we rolled up our sleeves and fulfilled a dream: buying the "Parreirinha" motorhome!
In 2023 life smiled again: we became parents! Sofia was 4 months old when Mónica discovered she had cancer. Fortunately, she managed to overcome the oncological disease, and in 2025 we adopted César, the dog who accompanies us on all our adventures! Much has changed in our lives in recent years, except for one thing: the love that unites us and the pride in our land!
The goal of this project is to provide authentic experiences, where we share the most beautiful places, the most remarkable traditions, and the flavors that make Ribatejo so special.
We want each tour to be relaxed, safe, and memorable – perfect for families, couples, groups, and wine lovers. Come and meet us and our beloved Ribatejo!
